Apparently, Miles had the sense to only take calls from planted callers.  O didn't think that was necessary.

When the LSU search was underway most wanted Jimbo or Herman.  We ended up with O.  Just an FYI that we hired the AD that was at Duke during their scandal.  People down here are looking for an immediate change from the AD down.  We went from a perennial contender to possibly last in the SEC west in just a few years.

My take is you hire Les as AD.  He is a great ambassador, and then you go drop 7-8mm on the coach you want.
