2017 College Football Thread: Hawaiian QB devastated to find out Jesus was "kinda rooting for Georgia" (2 Viewers)

Assuming Temple finishes off Tulsa and Wisconsin finishes off Minnesota, I believe that makes 78 eligible teams for 78 bowl spots.  6-4 UT San Antonio plays against 5-6 Louisiana Tech later tonight, with La Tech the last potential team playing for eligibility.  Let's go Roadrunners.

Florida State will get bowl eligible next week.  I think some of those Sun Belt teams can get bowl eligible today or next week too.

I'm not sure if my friend's math analysis took this into account, that's a good point.  Looks like Louisiana (f/k/a Louisiana-Lafayette is 5-5 with a game to play next week).

So this is looking simple yes?

ACC Champ (Clemson/Miami)

SEC Champ (Alabama, Auburn, UGA)

BIG XII Champ (Oklahoma)

Big Ten Champ (Wisconsin?)

Though if Wisconsin loses next week then pandemonium breaks loose ...
Not necessarily. Bama loses tonight and they should still make it over 2-loss OSU, especially with one of those losses to a crap Iowa team.

Also if Clenson loses tonight there is a distinct shot the ACC is left out.

All we know right now I believe is SEC champ is in, Wisconsin is in with a win and Oklahoma in with a win.

If Bama loses, the only thing I can say for sure is that OSU is on life support and if we win, they’re done.

Apparently Alabama basketball is currently playing 3v5 because their entire bench was ejected in a fight and 2 players have fouled out.  Rough day for the Tide.

ETA - 1 fouled out and 1 injured

I hear you but Clemson will have a better resume than Bama if they lose tonight and beat Miami.  Clemson has a win over Auburn on their resume.

Well I guess OSU if they would win out would be the team to get ####ed out of the playoffs.  Karma?
Yep, OSU will put Alabama in by beating Wisconsin.

I'm okay with it. OSU defense sucks. Couldn't tackle a cameraman today. Only reason they beat Michigan is because Okorn sucks. Bucks would get owned in the playoff.
