2017 NFL Playoff Teams - Who You Got? (1 Viewer)

Now that the draft is over and many/most free agents have signed, who do you have making the playoffs, what do your projected seedings look like, how to you see each round playing out, who meets in the "Big Game," and who wins the title this year?

As an FYI, over the past 10 seasons, there has been an average of 5.5 teams make the playoffs that did not make it the season before (with a high of 7 new teams and a low of 4 new teams).

Have at it.

This could fall apart due to injury. The surprise team is Jax.  Bortles throws a lot less and that D starts to play very well.

Everyone picking the Bucs to get in except for you?! What's going to hold them back?

Can't believe how high some of you are on Tampa. I guess they're due.

I almost picked them but ARI has such an easy schedule. They will battle WASH/DAL/DET for a spot.

They weren't that far off last year. The Bucs tied for the last playoff spot in the NFC and had four losses by one score or less. They were very close to being a playoff team and if one or two plays had gone their way, they would have been.

Something will go horribly wrong.  It always does.

NFC:  5 new playoff teams in 2017 and the returning team is #6 seed.

Philadephia *
Minnesota *
LA Rams *
New Orleans *
Carolina *
Atlanta

AFC:  Amazing turnaround for Jags from 3-13 season a year ago.  Also been a while for Titans.  Nice to see Bills get in after all these years

New England
Pittsburgh
Jacksonville *
Tennessee *
Buffalo *
Kansas City

Good call
Hard Knocks.  A hurricane to start the year.  No bye week.  A slew of injuries throughout the year, although every team has these, but it always seems like the Bucs are at the top of the list for games missed due to injury.  They still had at least 6 losses by 5 points or less.  I guess that means they're close?

Plus a QB that licks his fingers and throws sideline temper tantrums. Just Kidding. They have to focus on the defensive side of the ball as they only had one game where they allowed less than 300 yards and had 9 where they gave up 400 yards or more. it doesn't help that they had 9 games against playoff teams.

I actually just posted in the other thread regarding one possession games and extreme W/L differentials.  They lost 7 games by 6 points or less with statistically the worst defense in the NFL.
