At what point on this list does the talent drop to the point that taking a devy player is an option over a 2018 draftee?

Depending on the devy, but some could argue anytime after 1.5 or 1.6.  Perhaps as high as 1.3 given team make-up and who the devy is.

Plus if your in a Devy that has been around a while most of the top rookies were probably drafted as Devys at some point. So yeah I can see as early as 1.03.
