The purpose of these polls is to get an idea of who the majority of voters prefer at a specific pick in a rookie draft. These drafts assume that all 2018 rookie players are available. For the 2QB poll there may be some variance in scoring. Some may be standard, others PPR. I think a lot of 2QB leagues may involve IDP as well so these differences are not accounted for here. Only looking at the offensive skill players in the two most common formats and also 2QB leagues, to get a sense of where the QB are valued relative to other positions, when there is actually scarcity at the QB position. For the TE premium poll this assumes the scoring format is PPR because that is what these leagues almost always are. The polls assume 12 teams and likely 24-26 roster spots as the most common format for dynasty. Short bench dynasty leagues should only care about the top 6-12 rookie players.

If a player isn't listed that you would vote for please vote other and then post the name of the player that you voted for so that player can be added to the next poll. Also please suggest players not listed that you would vote for soon, even if not on the particular poll that is active.

I am populating the poll based on players who won pre combine polls until we get deeper into this.

Thanks everyone for voting. Discussion welcome.

I have 5 franchises in an 8 league consortium of 12 team leagues, where the prize pool is combined from all 96 teams. And 2020 is the jackpot season that will culminate a 6 year league. Half the buy-in pool each year has rolled into escrow for 2020.

It is FFPC rules so 1.5 PPR for TEs. I wonder how far the top TEs will slide in our upcoming rookie drafts, knowing they will only have the 2019 and 2020 seasons to return value. Such a short window for these rookies to develop in this particular league, worse for TEs. Even though it is TE premium I can see them sliding a bit.

I'm willing to guarantee that Fant and Hockenson don't both go consensus top5 in FFPC leagues

Curious why Harry beat out metcalf in 2qb voting? Anomoly?
Because he got the most votes.

I do think it is interesting that the order deviated in that poll. There are not as many voters who play in 2QB leagues. In that particular poll 13 people voted do not play and 11 people voted for Harry.

The folks who are voting in that format do not seem to like Metcalf or Jacobs as much as voters in the other polls do.

I hadn’t considered that the 2 qb players may be more experienced/savvy and have different skill lists.

Perhaps it could be someone getting to the fourth poll and not taking as much time to peruse the names, just clicking Harry all the way down.
It is hard to know what each of those 11 voters reasons were.

I think it is pretty safe to say that there are a lot of folks who like Harry and drafts may have hin going before Metcalf and Jacob's in some drafts that are not 2 QB.

Draft position will change this again.

If Metcalf is the 1st WR selected as many mocks are anticipating then perhaps this changes.

This is a unique situation where there are only 2 seasons left before the league ends which affects the value of rookies in general more than it did a season ago.

Seems to me everyone should be in win now mode.

I think Fant has a shot to contribute right away. Landing spot will be even more key with only 2 years left to get anything out of them.
