Regardless, it sounds like you corrected a scoring error not in your favor or something like that. If so, bravo for that. If not, my implication meter is off and it's a bad beat all around.

Your/Higgins' team made the playoffs with FOUR wins thanks to the total points rule.

Then it somehow made the finals where it got smoked by Yankee's combination of Lamar Jackson/Julio Jones/Tyler Boyd.

Heh. That's funny. I was rooting for that team, and I'll bet there was some variance alleviation with that rule. (I jumped ADP for a lot of high risk guys there, though I have no idea how higgins managed or when or where or what.)

Congrats to Yankee23Fan! I'd woot, but he might frown at that.

Well, the prize is a night, no questions asked, with the top-billed woman in the highest grossing film of the year.

Lupita Nyong'o from Black Panther was last year.  I will never forget that night as long as I live.

Assuming Rise of Skywalker finishes in first, you should be looking forward to... oh, that's unfortunate.

Well, I filled in for drafting last year but bowed out because I wasn't an original member. I'll leave Henry and Yankee23 to themselves, as they lurk but don't comment much more in the PSF. I saw you talked to Henry, so I'll leave that between you guys. I dunno, Andy. I see nittanylion in the SP, colddeadhands sometimes, and higgins around in the movie draft. I'm not sure about the others. Rarely see Keerock. I honestly can't remember the others. Maybe they'll come out of the woodwork and jog my memory.

FF is tough this year. So much on people's minds. Best of luck. In if you go and need someone.

What if we made it a total points league instead of H2H? I'm not advocating for it but it might be fun.

I love Fleaflicker. Everyone else in my main league dislikes it, but they’re really dumb. 
 

Edit: and I’m not a huge total points fan, but I think Best Ball might be good with this crew.

I'm playing around with FleaFlicker and I like it. Lots of scoring options.

I think I want to put kickers back in, with bonuses for long kicks.

We're going to use FleaFlicker. If everyone can PM me their email, I'll send you an invite.

There will be adjustments to the rosters and scoring this year. So pay attention!

Also, it looks like we'll be able to do an email draft, so we won't have to rely on posting here and then entering rosters later. Although we will update the thread with picks made - you know, for posterity.

Best ball is a good idea for whacky 2020. As someone who runs a few pretty complex Leagues and who is jumping through hoops to put contingencies and concessions in place to run a clean season despite the potential for C19 f'ing things up royally, it will make your job a TON easier.

You might consider all-play, as well. I've gotten a few Leagues I'm in/run to go that route, primarily because of potential nfl/fantasy scheduling disruptions/conflicts. With all play, no matter how disruptive the NFL schedule might become, with canceled weeks, the fantasy schedule stays clean, as every time games ARE actually played, everyone plays everybody else.

Combining best ball, all play and total points, you can get a pretty accurate picture of who the best teams really are.

I'll sit down and shut up now.

FleaFlicker seems to have just H2H and Total Points.

The bigger question is - are you in?
