2021 Buffalo Bills - Same as it ever was*** (2 Viewers)

The last Bills playoff game, I was working at Chase Pitkin in the lumber department.
We hauled a 17" tv up to the lumber desk and watched the game. There were probably 6 associates and 10 customers or so to see damn Frank Wychek break our hearts.

Who would have thought that I'd still be waiting 18 years later.
I think the Bills win, but the Ravens and Titans win as well and for the 18th year the Bills are on the outside looking in.

The last Bills' playoff game I was watching from some stadium in Tennessee. T'was quite the experience.

I went with my dad, and two of his co-workers. I was talking to my old man a few days ago, and he was saying one of the co-workers recently mentioned that we might need to get the band back together... We'll see after tomorrow...

The NFL is so unpredictable this year, it's pretty futile to go game by game to try and predict W/L, but did you see them play Thursday night? They got destroyed by the Jets, so while that doesn't mean those games aren't "winnable", it's hard to have much confidence that they will. I wouldn't say any road game "should be" a win, so the Chargers and 1 of the Dolphins games are both toss ups IMO. 9-7 is my guess, but I think 8-8 is more likely than 10-6.

There really are no "sure thing" QBs IMO, but if there's a guy they want, they absolutely have enough ammo to get them if they choose (even if they are picking in the 20's, which I doubt). 2 #1's, 2 #2's, 2 #3's, future #1's, etc. Heck, just look at last year's deal they made with the Chiefs- they moved up to #10 for the #27, a 3rd and this year's #1. The Bills will have way more than that available to deal...
Good call.

It's funny how things change, then change back. WC team to dumpster and back.

Go bills, beat those jags!

Congrats Bills fans.

Donned the old Marino jersey to watch today's game.  Tossed it over a chair when Gase went for it on 4th and 3 early in the game.  Fins seem rudderless to me.

Hard to believe that this team, one everyone believed was tanking and would win like 3 games, just ended the drought and are in the playoffs.

The AFC is terrible this year and I still have a lot of beef with a lot of the things he's done this year, but hats off to Sean McDermott for getting the Bills into the playoffs in his first year.

Now let's go make some noise.

I'm a little bit ashamed that these diehard fans are willing to wait in sub-freezing temperatures so they can cheer their players coming of the plane - while I'm not willing to watch more than 20% of the ~4 minute video clip.
That's the thing about this video that some people not understand.

It's like 1:00 in the morning and the temperature was in the negatives.

24 hours later, I'm pretty confident that Dalton-to-Boyd is my the single most exciting play ever to occur in any game for me personally in my lifetime.  I can't even conceive of what #2 would be.  I guess the go-ahead TD to Reed in the Oilers game, but that game had so many huge plays, while this one had one that in the course of seven seconds or so swung everything from basically hopeless to ecstasy.  As much as I rolled my eyes and hated it when the Ravens came back to take the lead, I'm grateful that it played out that way.  I'm sure I'll go back and re-watch Sunday's game and the ensuing Bal-Cin coverage several times in the next few months.
