each week so far has had a new "Best Offensive" and a new "Best Defense"
The Best Play each week would still be a live entry. Is this the week we have a repeat?

If by "The Best Play each week would still be a live entry." you mean that there are no repeats in both the offensive and defensive categories, you're spot on (even correcting for the Bills in week 1).
