Yep should have played them. 2 ints, 6 sacks. Got 24 in my league. Hope the Jags can get a decent score as well.Denver looks like a solid play tonight but long game to go.

Deciding between GB and Jax. GB seems like the more "obvious" choice, especially with Jones playing on a bum ankle, but after last week, I really wonder how good they are. Meanwhile, although they're coming off a bad game (against a great offense), I still think the Jags may be legitimately good.

I started them but have been rolling with Denver most of the season. Russ still concerns me but I will continue with them most weeks.Yep should have played them. 2 ints, 6 sacks. Got 24 in my league. Went with Dallas . Helluva dayDallas or Seattle defense? FBGs has them ranked 1 and 2 this week
I'm thinking of dropping them after this week. That team is just not that goodStreaming Green Bay D/ST for perhaps the next 3 games.
GB - NYG a hobbling D Jones and the S Barkley show, How many opportunities for defensive scores, picks, sacks, etc? I don't why DAL @ LAR keeps coming up? DAL D/ST?
NYJ @ GB gotta be juicy
GB @ WAS seems solid
GB @ BUF time to bail
They've been so good, and they seem to deal with this every year, so I'm inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep rolling them out there until they prove me wrong.

18.25 in our format, which should be Top 5 for the week. My opponent used IND which scored 17.50, borderline Top 5. Was def feeling a little angst during the game; pregame I was all set to roll with them bc IND had 15 sacks and 9 turnovers.
Denver is so good at forcing fumbles, now up to 10 on the year. Didn’t recover any of the four they forced last night but they were due - they had recovered 5 out of 6.
Sat them for the 49ers who have finished 4th-5th-1st and have a good matchup vs CAR. Should be fine, and SF is pretty much set it and forget it. I’ll hold DEN as a block regardless.
Jax only got me 12 which was better than nothing. About average. Definitely should have played Den. Didn't cost me though.Yep should have played them. 2 ints, 6 sacks. Got 24 in my league. Hope the Jags can get a decent score as well.Denver looks like a solid play tonight but long game to go.

SF ended up 20.25 so all is well. This week.
CB Emmanuel Moseley is feared to have torn his ACL. DB Jimmie Ward broke his hand, Nick Bosa has a tight groin.
Def cannot just ignore losing both starting corners and possibly their All Pro DE (later might end up OK, have to monitor.)
Hard to sit them @ ATL WK6 - end of their two week East Coast trip / Greenbrier practices - but it's gonna be interesting to see how they deal with this.
Is it tight like a tiger?CB Emmanuel Moseley is feared to have torn his ACL. DB Jimmie Ward broke his hand, Nick Bosa has a tight groin.
I was ready to do that. And now I see rankings coming out and they're top 5 at home against the NYJ. Lol.Can't wait to rage drop GB
New England next 6 weeks
For the colorblind amongst us:
- @ CLE (31st most FF points allowed to Team Defense
- CHI (5th)
- @ NYJ (10th)
- IND (4th)
- bye
- NYJ (10th)
- @ CLE (31st most FF points allowed to Team Defense)
- CHI (5th)
- @ NYJ (10th)
- IND (4th)
- bye
- NYJ (10th)
Kind of lousy schedule wise thereafter but you could pair them with a D that has a good playoff schedule..
Torn on what to do here. Still among the best options compared to the wire according to the rankings, but last two weeks haven't been great.I'm thinking of dropping them after this week. That team is just not that goodStreaming Green Bay D/ST for perhaps the next 3 games.

I have Buff and Jags --going with Jags unless I get this crazy hair to grab NE, which I'm not o sure is a good start vs BrownsI have the BUFF D playing KC this week and then bye.
Options I'm considering moving on now instead of bye week:
1) Ravens vs @NYG then Browns
2) Jags @IND then NYG
I'm leaning Ravens to tear up Danny Dines then have a slug it out game at home with Browns.
Any advice?
Jones and the Giants haven't been a particularly great match-up so far this year. They're middle of the pack in terms of FPAI have the BUFF D playing KC this week and then bye.

I figured hold them through the Eagles match-up and then we'll see how good they are. Last week wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great, either, especially against what should have been an easy opponent. You make a good point about the offense digging them holes. How's everyone still feeling about the Jags D?
Fantasy darlings the last few weeks, a bit of a let down at home vs. the Texans last week. Mills is competent and Pierce is a monster, so Houston is not as soft a matchup as perceived, but definitely still expected more given the hype. Biggest problem might be Lawrence and the offense falling off a cliff and putting them in bad spots. In theory, the schedule the next few weeks still looks good, starting with the corpse of Matt Ryan this week. So it's not like I'm rushing to the wire to pick up a replacement yet. But to those riding them, how is everyone feeling about their viability going forward?

I picked them up in a couple leagues as my second D and now I'm deciding what to do. The league where I have Tampa I'll probably just drop them, although I may wait to prevent anyone from starting them against me. The league where I have them with GB I'm going to drop the Packers, but I'm not nearly as excited by that prospect as I was a couple weeks ago

This week will show quite a bit, imo. They dominated the Colts earlier but that was without Pittman in the lineup. Taylor will presumably be back this week, although they did a good job on him last time. With as pathetic as the Colts have looked this year, and as washed as Ryan is, anything short of a dominant game this week for the Jags D will have me start looking for other possible options in the following weeks.
Picked up New England in one league and debating DAL in another as they play PHI, which will scare many off. I'm hedging too lol. DAL D looks like it's for real and they go rise up on the road against Hurts and PHI on Sunday night prime time. DAL anyone and perhaps a hold for awhile. I remember them last year being on a roll. The D is saving this team.
I’m starting New England this week and I’m scared. Just FYI, Cleveland is the worst team for FF points against DST. No offense gives up fewer FF points than they do. So it's going to be an a tough outing for NE most likely.I’m starting New England this week and I’m scared. Don’t have room for 2 defenses.
Their next 3 week stint after this week is juicy. Chi, NYJ, Indy.
Hoping for a big game against Cleveland. Although I own Chubb and Njoku in many leagues.
I know. It’s just a risk I’m going to have to take. I’m just hoping BB has Brisset figured out and brings the scheme. I too get tired of playing the higher ranked vs my gut. Last week I debated about Green Bay (cuz of a 3 game run potential) vs. DAL, whom I felt was gonna get after it. I chose Green Bay last week. Same thing this week. Play the higher ranked D like WAS or NO or IND or yes, CAR too vs New England and Hoodie. Last year this D was terrific. I know things changed, etc.I know. I refuse to start Washington or Chicago this week, who are probably the best statistically available on my wire.
The Vikings always seem to get the 2nd string and in this case third sting QB opportunity on defense and blow it.MIN got dropped for BAL last night
Vikings s/b a Tier 2 TD this week based on matchup
Considering pivoting off of NE to CAR on the road against LAR and a frazzled Stafford.I too get tired of playing the higher ranked vs my gut. So far in my league, Bears have 24 and Commies have 22. Only good thing from these TNF matchups. For the desperate this week, either Was or Chi. Both not good defenses but the offenses are worse. Combined with a short week and... Well... We all saw Indy vs Den last Thursday. Was and Chi offense ranks 3rd and 4th in most fantasy points allowed to opposing DST. Both are averaging about 4 sacks a game allowed and at least a pick.
