Personally, EdE has looked real, real bad thus far, but I wouldn't quit on him yet. I really think he'll snap out of it. He's shown, every step of the way, that he can hit. Just give him time...it's been 2.5 weeks, people.
For keeper purposes, Eddie-E is by far the best bet. The other three aren't really close as all are getting up in age, although Lowell is the more productive out of the three and may play well for at least a couple years. For regular purposes, Lowell may very well turn out to be the best of the bunch. Outside of his trainwreck 2005 season, he's been at least a solid offensive contributer year in and out. Next would be a somewhat-distant second Encarnacion, who despite his poor start, has shown to be a good OBP guy and he has some upside to add to his 15 homers last year. Unlike Crede or Inge, who don't hit for AVG or OBP with any consistency, Encarnacion does draw walks, and will help more in OBP leagues. In a nutshell:Keeper: Eddie-E..........Lowell......Crede/Inge (I hate them both as players)Regular: Lowell......Eddie-E..............Crede/Inge
