READ thru bylaws to be sure this is a league you want to invest yourself in. It is more complicated than your average league.
It is not an easy league. The cap is tight and working your team is required.

It looks like I have another opening in this league. I can only wait another day at most for the owner to pay up.
I feel very strongly that this will not happen. Please let me know if you or anyone you know may be interested in
this ultra competitive and intense league. The rules are very precise and require methodical attention.
The cap is tight and each year all owners must make difficult decisions on which players to pay and which
players to let go. Fun league for those who really like a challenge.
