Please walk me through this sponsorship.  You're contending that someone or some entity paid the tab for all of the food they ordered?  Up to and including the $70k pizza?  I watched the entire vid and IMO no one (other than the guy and his friends) got any publicity worth any sponsorship regardless of the number of views.  Why would anyone sponsor that vid?  Is there some quid pro quo outside of the vid?

That $70K is nothing. He routinely gives away houses, Lamborghinis, $10K donations to random twitch steamers, etc. Him and his entourage probably keep a chunk of him money. But the fun is watching people's reaction when they get a jewelry store shopping spree and stuff like that.
