9 and 12 or 4 and 17 picks (1 Viewer)

I currently have the 9 and 12 picks in a 10 team league. I have been offered the 4th pick, and then I would wait until 17. Should I make the deal and go for a stud, Manning or Portis at 4(all td's are 6 pts) or hang onto the 9 and 12?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!!
