I'm in a 9-team league (18 owners, 2 leagues of 9) that is points-based, not head-to-head. It is a ppr as well. Should I look at 8-team mocks or 10-team mocks? I haven't found any 9-team mocks.

I would always go on the high end (10 teamer in this case). Better to be surprised you get someone you did not think you could get than be disappointed that the players you targeted in 8 team mocks are gone by the time you pick.
