A. Peterson (1 Viewer)

If LT had 10 carries for 35 yards and had this thread ..... certainly Peterson should have one.

He has the Lions next week so be patient for at least one more week if you are really looking to dump him

Scientist is a bitter Tomlinson owner...it's best to just ignore him.
Please stay on topic and stop trying to hijack
O.K. Peterson is a buy low. He has looked fine running the ball this season. While the Vikings offense is playing poorly tonight, there is no reason to think it will be recurring experience. If you can get Peterson for a slow-footed, injury riddled player like...ladanian tomlinson, then you should jump on it.

Name one back that has really lit the Saints up this season? They have been pretty solid against the run with exception of one Ernest Graham carry. Portis did O.K. but he was not Brilliant, Gore didnt get theat much and now ADP. Maybe credit needs to go where credit is due.

Not true, LT is on the downswing of his career, and it is has been showing all season.
I think too many people do not understand why you draft LT #1 regardless of him being on the downside of his career. You draft him for the consistency year in and year out, you draft him for the lack of question marks, you draft him for his schedule, you draft him for the team he plays on. When has Tomlinson not finished in the Top 10? You are drafting a Top 10 RB with Tomlinson.

Not this year.

I would sell Peterson quickly... before he takes the field against the Lions next week. Afterall they held Forte to 36 yards!

That speaks volumes regarding your ff knowlege/experience.

You guys remember the year that Jamal Lewis set the single game record for rushing yards and then went on to amass over 2000 rushing yards that season? Man.....he had a great year.....that year.

Peterson looks washed up. He's lost a step hitting the hole. Chester Taylor is running with more "burst."
Ya...AD must be done as a Top 3 RB.
He was obviously joking.. But you have to admit that LT doesn't look anywhere close to years past. His toe is really bothering him. Last night was the only real stinker out of Peterson but LT has had 3 very average to poor games.. I own both LT & Peterson & I'm much more concerned with LT producing for the rest of the year that AD.. If you don't want to believe it then that's up to you I guess.. & I think most of the horrible play is the turf toe for LT rather than his age etc....

THe problem with Peterson is Childress. Adrian looks like he's always ready to explode but Childress seems to want to keep him under wraps. He threw quite a few times in run situations last night. Chester comes in on third downs usually.

I got ADP before the game last night for Turner and spare parts.

I'm starting to think I might regret that one by the end of the season.

He is THE best RB in the NFL. If you have a chance, buy. For dynasty purposes, he's probably still the #1 overall pick out there. For redraft, still very close, if not at that spot.

FF cracks me up sometimes. a guy has one bad game, and people start gettin ready to jump ship.

this is almost as bad as how berman and jackson talked of the g-men as if they are the best team ever to strap on helmets. granted, they are defending champs, but look who they've played this yr. sorry, i know thats off topic, but that half-time stroke fest was ridiculous.

:goodposting: The bad QB situation dictats that they make easier throws for the QB keeping the D off balances. ... Childress calls safer pass plays against a defense thinking run to give Fereotte a better chance to succeed.AD is getting the short end of the stick because if they do not complete the pass on 1st down it leaves them in 2nd and long and almost dooms the Vikings into a 3rd down play (and Chester Taylor coming in).Tough situation for AD owners..... he really only has one viable play called for him in some series.

There's no point in trying to trade him...no one will touch him after he proved last night without a doubt that he will never have a good game again. Just drop him for someone with potential like Mike Walker. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he's permanently benched by the second quarter of next week and out of the league by the end of the year. Really, I don't think you can overreact to something as magnificently disastrous as this game.

I agree but I wouldn't drop him for a Mike Walker...C. Benson - maybe....

Seriously, Benson is way better. AP might be the worst running back in the history of the game...no, possibly the worst athlete in the history of sports.

He's had a heck of a lot more than one bad game.

Really? Would you mind pointing it out?

I just got ADP, McNabb and McGahee for Peyton, B Marshall, and R Grant. My backfield is now Westbrook, Turner and ADP. Willis will have ride the pine. I'll trade him for a WR.
