Capuano's K/BB is pretty nice. He also still gives up a ton of HRs. Basically he's back to being the mediocre pitcher he was pre-injury.
If your league is deep enough that he gets drafted, he'll probably outperform his draft position. Don't know how useful that will be to most people.
My big SP sleeper for next year is Jordan Zimmermann. He's done just enough to show his arm is fine and he's still an elite prospect, but not enough to create a huge buzz.

I'm not sure he counts as a sleeper, as he probably helped a lot of savvy teams this year, but Jhoulys Chacin is a shoe-in to be in the Rockies rotation full-time next year.
