Any thoughts about how this will shake up the Oakland LB core, Groves, McClain, or Wimbley getting moved out?

McClain is missing practice and may not play week 6 link

But Curry is not an MLB. I think Curry has been out of position at SLB since Seattle drafted him, would like to see him at WLB (and as a dedicated pass rusher), but I don't know what the Raiders will do.

he Raiders have already promoted Aaron Curry into the starting lineup at weak-side linebacker, where he'll replace Quentin Groves. Through five starts, Groves had 19 tackles, no sacks, and a forced fumble. Pro Football Focus has graded Groves as one of the Raiders' better run defenders, so it's surprising that they'd move so quickly to fast-track a player acquired via trade four days before the game. (KFFL) Updating a previous report, Oakland Raiders head coach Hue Jackson said LB Aaron Curry will start at weakside linebacker in Week 6.

Looks like he is going to start after all.
