Adding players in Yahoo (1 Viewer)

Anyone here who uses yahoo - you know how you click the green plus sign next to the player to pick them up?  Why is the plus sign sometimes brown, meaning I can't click on it?  Waivers haven't gone through so I should be able to put in a claim for anyone?

Because you can't just drop/add during waivers. You have to wait for them to be over before you can drop/add willy-nilly.
