Need some help updating a PDF file.

Boss did not train anyone on this before he decided to abruptly leave a week and a half ago.

What we have is our monthly financial presentation that we pull from excel into PDF files. Each section is divided by a page that has a title and tab.

We need to insert page number on the bottom right hand corner of all the pages (and then go in and delete them from the tab pages).

Anyone have any experience with this?

I've tried the "insert" page numbers, but that just puts page numbers on the under the page thumbnails on the left.

Are you updating the PDF, or are you recreating a pdf file from excel?

If you are just editing the existing pdf, and want to add page numbers...

1. Tools - Pages - Edit Page Design - Header & Footer - Add Header & Footer.

2. Select the font and size, etc, place the cursor on the appropriate site to insert the page number, click the "Insert Page Number" button, and click OK.
