Advice on my team (1 Viewer)

So I did this draft with no prep in a fairly competitive 14 team 5x5 roto league. Let me know if you think I have a chance and what should I focus on to improve. I was drafting out of the 13 hole and unfortunately I have a bunch of guys that were good a couple of years ago which comes with not doing any prep. TIA

Drop one of Izturis and Kaz, add someone (an OF) with an ounce of upside. I understand both of them suck and you have a spot to fill but that means you just need one lousy player, not two. You need more OF's for your bench, emphasizing upside, lots of risks after Werth and Markakis.

Too many questionable or bad pitchers - dump Dice K and John Maine, add a couple MR's with high k/9 and closing potential (Juan Gutierriez - handcuff Qualls - would be one). Is there an IP limit? Keep Myers on a (very) short leash. Your top 3 are solid, but you need 5. I don't think 4 and 5 are currently on the roster.

How deep is your DL? Bedard's eating a spot on it for at least 3 months (probably more), iirc Gordon's on it for most of April too, and Sheets seems destined for either it or waivers. Unless it's more than 2 deep you should probably drop one of them.

You're going to have to scour waivers closely for closers, 2 1/2 won't cut it. You need at least 1 more and likely 2.

Thanks.Anyone else have something to add. Ridicule of my team is an acceptable comment.ETA - I have two DL spots so will use those and drop any others as necessary.
