Yeah, I actually participate in a NASCAR pool at work. It gives me something (and a reason) to watch on Sundays.

PGA Tour Fantasy 33 week, 12 team, 10 man roster with one free agent move allowed per week (worst to first). The 34th week we hold our Football Draft. It's a great system.

Forgot to put that as an option. Do people still watch that sportcompetition/race?
Cracks me up to see racing called a "sport". Top class "athletes" and their continuous left turns. About as exciting as a batter stepping out of the box.February means watching actual athletes play an actual sport, hockey. The biggest pansy in the NHL would beat the crap out of the toughest guy in any other sport. Dudes get their jaw broken in seven places and only miss one shift. And as much as I love football and hockey will never supplant it, the Stanley Cup Playoffs are hands down the most exciting contests in all of sports. Every game is an absolute battle and the men left standing at the end are truly the toughest men you cold ever hope to be. Plus there are few off field shenanigans becasue they get their frustrations out on the ice.

:lmao: It's not a sport.

All of their shenanigans are off the field, unless they are playing field hockey.

Where were these contract when I played?

Patrick Roy wasn't good enough to carry my water bucket to practice

I mainly just watch football - pro and college - as far as sports go. A little baseball, but not nearly as much as I used to. When football seaon is over I tend to spend more time with my girlfriend on the weekends.

College basketball then when thats over that's when my houston rockets season starts to matter.

I love my Nuggets!!!! I can only really get into hockey if it's the postseason, or if it is live. I think live hockey is better than any sport. NCAA Basketball, I love March Madness more than any other sporting event, but the Nuggets are my first choice after football.

I follow NHL all season long. After that, I tune into the NCAA tourney and the NBA playoffs.

Then there's NASCAR on Sundays, but usually, I like PGA to fall asleep to on a late Sunday afternoon...well I did since the jerks started showing up and yelling "GET IN THE HOLE!!!!" after each and every tee shot.

Used to be able to count on the PGA to lull me into sleep.

Couldn't have articulated my feelings about the NHL and it's players any better  I only follow the NFL for fantasy/wagering purposes, so the end of the season is far from apocalyptic to me.

The sport I love, and follow/watch religiously, is there for me 365 days a year ... and that's Horse Racing. Always a full day's race card somewhere :sadbanana:

San Jose Sharks. I'm already watching them, but by the time February rolls around the division race and playoff seedings are much more interesting.

I'll jump on the Celts bandwagon, but I don't get much TV coverage of them where I'm at so most of that will be internet game recap reading.

I tend to pay much more attention to MMA. During the football season I watch MMA but not near as much during the late winter and summer.

College Football is #1

My only interest in NFL is fantasy and anybody that played at OU. So I am cheering for the Vikes this year! Go ADP!

College is so much more "real" than the NFL. College guys are playing for all the right reasons!

NHL and closely followed by MLB. I don't play fantasy hockey (although I wish I did, but can't find enough of my buddy's interested in it) but I play in a very serious MLB fantasy league and I actually (I know I know, it's a sin) find it more entertaining than fantasy football. Might be because I don't take it as serious, I dunno.

Really? I find it overwhelming because of the length of the season and daily management needed. Esp, because I don't really like baseball. Planning to drop out for next season.
