The Giants have no choice but to lean on the running game for the next few games. Plus outlet passes to the RBs. Sounds like this gives Bradshaw more touches than he's been getting.
Their O-line is, and will continue to get healthy over the next few weeks. One thing can be said for sure,
the Giants have no choice but to run the ball a lot over the next few weeks. The real question for Bradshaw is, will he start to lose carries because of his fumbling problem? No doubt he is a better runner, receiver and blitz blocker than Jacobs, but if he keeps turning it over Coughlin is going to have no choice.
I don't like this for Bradshaw or Eli for fantasy teams that have been successful with these guys this year. The hit to Eli is obvious. For Bradshaw, this is a guy that the team said publicly earlier in the year that they were concerned about in regards that he might not be able to hold up with a heavy carry load. And now its complicated by his fumbling and the O-line being banged up. I have a feeling this is going to run the Giants into the ground and really hurt their season.
I wouldn't be surprised if we see over the next 3 weeks or so that Jacobs becomes more involved out of necessity and the numbers for Bradshaw become a lot tougher to maintain. His job simply got a lot harder now. And Eli is, well, I think I have seen this play out before. I don't like him down the stretch for the Giants nor my FF team.
