Coach Mike McCarthy said Wednesday that he expects Ahman Green to play this week.

"I was surprised he didn't play Monday night," McCarthy said. Green has missed team drills on both Wednesday and Thursday. Vernand Morency owners should be disappointed that Green is expected to suit up.

GB has a nice match up at home against the Rams. Also, I think the fact that Green apparently almost played last week and is expected to play this week decreases the liklihood that his "tweaked" hammy injuries are not directly related to his off-season injury.Just my

even though rotoworld "released" that blurb today; the actual first print predated him missing practice for a second straight day . . .

It doesnt look good for Green owners on Sunday . . .

Driver and Green both took part in individual drills and have a good shot of playing. Green remains bothered by the hamstring he pulled in practice last week, but McCarthy said he thought Green would be ready for the Rams.
