What's the thoughts on Green? So far he has to be in the running for biggest bust. Is he even worth a spot anymore? Is he likely to start producing, even moderately, over the next few weeks to make him worth holding onto? Worth trying to buy dirt cheap, or trying to sell for whatever can be had?

What are Green owners out there doing?

I dont think a 4th round pick can be in the running for biggest bust.I am in the process of determining whether to keep him or not as my RB3.

In PPR, if he's playing he's a good injury/bye week sub. Sadly, he hasn't been playing much. If Johnson/Schaub come back after the bye he may even be a good flex option for a couple weeks.

I dropped him. No regrets here. Still hoping he does well since I have him in FBG subscriber contest though.

As for being a bust, I agree. I think he was a huge bust value-wise (mainly with the expectations I had for him -- Houston was a top rushing team last year, just with several different backs so no one really noticed, I was expecting Green to get most of that production, thus the bust in my eyes). However, you cannot really ever consider a 4-6th round pick to be that big of a bust. Although he is definitely an underperformer for those rounds as well.

Others out there -- what warning signs were out there before the season that could have helped me avoid targeting Green in the mid-rounds?

Over the last 3-4 weeks I've been debating dropping him but just can't seem to pull the trigger since he is a starting RB on his team.

He is my RB3 but I was able to pick up Watson and Eche/Grant are on the WW so I am very tempted to drop him.

The team that knew him best and valued him the most due to his knowledge dumped him for complete disarray.

I've held on to him all season.

If it looks like he won't be playing this week against the Raiders, then I'm dropping him for whatever scrub I can find on the waiver wire.

Need to fill in a DST spot for this week, so I'm either dropping Green (assuming I get Ryan Grant) or the Bears D (on a bye) on saturday (for waiver wire concerns, should I need to grab one of them back, I'll have better position dropping on Saturday than earlier).

I highly doubt he'll be playing this week - his knee has been swelling and Houston has their BYE in week 10. They're going to let him sit for two weeks and see just how many of their guys they can get back week 11. I dropped him to grab Grant - a bird in the hand...

You're probably right about them sitting him this week so he will have two weeks to rest. Houston should be able to beat the Raiders without him. Even if you're not right, Grant would be a good pickup. I am going to try to get him of the Wire tonight for Green.
