My league lists him as a DL, based on the projections he would be like top 11-12 DL is he worth a spot, is he starting?

Hall is playing great, but it is noted that he is only starting because of an injury to David Bowens.

But, at the same time, Hall is listed as an everydown LB for the Browns in Jene's post in the IDP forum. I see the winner of this position battle being very valuable, so I hope anyone can update with information...

Bowens is a Mangini guy, but he wasn't impressive in an expanded role last year, inside or outside. I think this is Hall's job myself, but it'd be nice to get some confirmation from the coaches. I'm not aware that they've released any information about Bowens' injury, either.

Does anybody have an update on Bowens Injury and Alex Hall? Who's starting this week? I have Bowens as a DL but Hall is LB.

I noticed that Hall was listed as a DT in ESPN also. I had previously written him off as just a backup LB, but if he even gets 60 tackles, 4 sacks, and some pass defenses then he becomes an EXTREMELY valuable DT (we play DT and DE not DL).
And they will probably add him as a LB at some point this season.
