only the runnerup in 2009.... :spade:
:club: I saw this the other day and almost fell out of my chair. Now I'm looking into playing in a league with my imaginary friends.
:pickle: You guys realize those players didn't all enter the rookie draft in the same year, right? Nor were they all studs from day one. It's a dynasty league, not some redraft where I had the first 50 picks. It's not that hard to assemble a powerhouse franchise if you're willing to put in the requisite hours watching film, scouting prospects, and being proactive in trades and free agency.
 Can we stop already with this. It was funny. we all got a chuckle good job. Its 100% BS. Back to Kuhn..

This whole thread is a joke...and you want to point out the one bit of shtick? :lmao: People claiming they're dropping Turner/McFadden? And that Kuhn is going to lead them to the promised land?

fbg rankings have kuhn at 100 and bjax at 19. its early in the week but that seems way off to me.
Which rankings are you looking at?I've looked at 3 or 4 on this site and opinions vary greatly on Jackson (for Week 4, not "going forward").As high as 15, and as low as 53.Jackson is the pass catcher, so PPR will bump him up this week.I can't get excited about any GB running back, not even against DET.GB was leaving their backfield empty against CHI and they didn't have a problem throwing.

That's because the Bears' run defense is terrific. Detroit's isn't. I doubt we see the same game plan. I could see Green Bay running the ball 20-25 times with Jackson and Kuhn sharing carries. With Jackson the RB of choice right now near the goal line he could put up solid RB2 numbers this week.

well it was just dodds standard (non ppr) projections from tuesday. today they have moved bjax up to 15, and kuhn up to 38. i think kuhn will do better and even cut bjax for kuhn in a league. maybe im missing something.

So let's review what's happening here since the end of last year:

Week 13: TD

Week 15: TD

Week 16: 3 TDs?!? :championship: :bronzetrophy:

(Then he had 2 more TDs in the NFL playoffs, although I assume most leagues had already ended in week 16, having been won by the Kuhn owner.) Now...

Week 1: TD

Week 2: TD

I'm sure all the haters who were hating last year will continue to hate, because haters gonna hate. That's fine - it lets the rest of us capitalize on this ridiculous value.

So the weeks he doesn't score a TD, you are willing to take 2 carries for 4 yards?

Every stud puts up a couple of duds throughout the season. Doesn't mean they're not studs.

Those weeks will be few and far between. Never bench your studs!

Thought this old Kuhn thread might be worth a bump.

Is John Kuhn now the best Packers RB to own?

Anyone playing him at flex or RB2 in a pinch?

Or is he at least more valuable than the bottom of the barrel RBs like Spiller, Johnny White, Shane Vereen and/or Toby Gerhart - at least in redraft?
