All-time cereal draft (1 Viewer)

7.4   Considering the format and how this has turned into a team game.  I have found the perfect 7th round pick.TEAM CHEERIOSAnd they're very good, I gained 10 pounds about 4 years ago on these things. I'd eat a bowl around 11:00 at night and convince myself it was only a bowl of cereal.
WTF is Team Cheerios.
Oh no, you didn't just say that!TEAM CHEERIOS, you must enter
Man, I'm starting to wonder about the judges, never had TEAM CHEERIOS. You guys from the States?Edit to add: According to the rules in Section 27, clause B: It specifically states that starting in round 6 and beyond, bonus points are to be awarded to cleverly named cereals pertaining to our draft.I just thought any cereal with TEAM in it, never mind a STUD like Cheerios would get Kudos from the judges, shame on me for not doing my homework on the judges.

okay i am having trouble locating my raisen nut crunch and am getting sleepy..I do not want to change to asuggested pick, so will replace with Fruit -N- Fibre...also will continue to search for my previous cereal when I wake -up.
Just going on what I've read.

For what its worth, I think its a great pick.Edit to remove my speculation as to the number of different Cheerios cereals.

Somebody's cereal is going down!

My Judging Criteria...1. Coverage of raw-material bases:Corn, Wheat, Rice, Oats, Sugar, Bran...2. Flavor/varieties3. Add-ins (marshmallows, nuts, raisins...)4. History/Memorability/Marketing5. Would I want this lineup in my cupboard? Is there a cereal for every occasion? How long before I get tired of these?...open for debate.(still two good value picks available, 4th or 5th round talent is still out there)

Based on his comments so far, I'm going with KT's team (or I would if he had one). Team Cheerios is good stuff. Better than Frosted Cheerios, IMO. Not quite as sweet, but close, and makes you feel that you're eating something a bit more healthy (even though it's basically the same stuff).

Yes, this is my problem, and really a dilemma I've had while trying to make selections. You have add-ins all under rule 3, which is fine if that's the rules. But in my cerealistic (did I just invent a new word, I might have here) mind, I have those add-ins seperated. I hate raisins personally, so those cereals drop down for me, nuts are good, I dislike the flavor honey, but love marshmallows which is evident in the unpopular pick of Marshmallow Scooby-Doo.

People should post more analysis like this with their picks.

for my round 6 pick I do not want Raisin Nut Bran as it was chosen for me...a) I have never had this and b) It's not what I picked. I looked for Rasin Nut Crunch ,but could only find Banana Nut Crunch which I also mentioned in my post saying I liked both but preferred the raisin, however I will take the bana because a) it was good, don't care if you know that..it was and b) I have a Banana Nut Crunch

Kix and Crispix, major steals in this draft. Taste good by themselves or you can add enough to sugar to them to satisfy anyone.

This is a great pick. Banana Nut Crunch rocks :headbang: It is way better than that Raisin Nut Bran or whatever they were going to give you. Nice come back. BTW any thing that says Bran in it can't be to good.

Tough pick here. Really want to go with my heart here but am afraid on doubling up on one of my previous picks, so I'll go with

7.6 Frosted Wheaties

A slightly sweetended version of the old classic. Plus cool sports stuff on the box.

HELLO???7.7 IndividuallyWrapedKraftSingles 7.8 Keerock 7.9 Idiot Boxer 7.10 Fuller 8.1 Fuller

HELLOOOOOOOO, some of us don't have Martin Luther King day off and our only entertainment is watching the twists and turns of a All Time cereal draft unfold. :hot: :hot: :hot: This is worse that waiting 15 minutes for your team to pick and then, they trade and you have to wait 15 more minutes for the next pick.

Amen, brother!Let's get it on! Go IWKS!

Really hoping to get this wrapped up by end of day Tuesday.
Good luck. This may be the most organized useless draft in FFA history.
Useless? As opposed to what?
Useless as in what are you going to do once the draft is completed? Who wins?I mean seriously....what's the scoring system??? Is this total points or head to head?

:rotflmao: And exactly how much useful information do you receive from the FFA.
How to handle a disgruntled employee that craps in the ceilingGood info there
Do you think we need to add a disclaimer to the FFA?"Warning: Information found within the FFA is for entertainment purposes only."

Winner will be decided by polls. Still haven't determined all the specifics on this yet, though. So yes, a winner will be declared. My question for you is, are there any FFA drafts that you find usefull?

7.8 Puffed WheatHave a box in the pantry as we speak. Needed a non-sugar laced addition to the team, and Mr Wheat is a nice choice for those 'feel like eating right' kind of days.

I like this choice.Of course I used to dump a 5lb bag of sugar on it too. :brush: It's unclear if we are judging how the cereal stands on its own or whether additives other than milk are allowed/presumed.

True. When I eat it, it's usually with strawberrys, raspberrys and/or blueberrys.

Yes.The Alias draft comes to mind. Although it wasn't nearly as organized as this one. The Three Stooges draft was also intriguing. :shemp:

My first look into this thread, and I cannot believe my favorite cereal as a kid hasn't been picked yet. Does it still have to be available to qualify?

7.09 Kellog's Disney Mickey Magix Cereal

All the skills of Lucky Charms, just not the name recognition. Does have the Disney machine supporting the effort. Added bonus, sugar crystals on the toasted oats that turn the milk blue.
