TD and Holmes win this hands down. Then again, these guys probably were not drafted at all in dynasty leagues.

I don't think you intended it this way, but based on your title, the best rookie sleeper in the list was Maurice Drew. Drew went 8th overall in our dynasty draft. I don't think any of those guys did much in their first season after being drafted. Other immediate impact guys were Terrell Davis and Curtis Martin. The Pat's Robert Edwards also had a nice rookie season.Fred Taylor was the best rookie I ever drafted past the first round of a dynasty. Not sure why he slipped to the second, but he was the backup to Kijana Carter, who was injured very early.

I was looking for more than my list above. I just started doing Dynasty leagues 3 years ago so I was looking for guys before then too.

Terrell Davis

Curtis Martin

Priest Holmes

Tiki Barber

Jamal Anderson

Travis Henry

Domanick Davis

Duce Staley

Currently, Willie Parker and Frank Gore are well on their way to making that list.

Keep in mind, most pundits didn't think Tiki would be a featured back in the NFL. I know he wasn't top 5 in the leagues I was in at the time and suspect he wasn't in many others.

Ericc Rhett (as a rookie)

Brian Westbrook (developed)

Rickey Watters :tinfoilhat: (one pick ahead of me in the 3rd round)

Ruuuuuuuudii Johnson (developed)

Priest wasn't even drafted in the real draft.
Someone still could have taken him in a fantasy draft. He was on an NFL roster.
Holmes bounced from team to team before he got to KC in my main dynasty league of 9 yearswhen he was in Balt. he only had value to the Lewis owner

I would think Emmitt would fit in this category. He was a later round pick and DAL was pretty bad when he came into the league. I wouldn't think folks were jumping to draft him.

I have the all time sleeper and I can't believe noone has siad him yet.

Shaun Alexander!

Was a back up to R. Watters in first year and then blew up after that!

Domanick Davis? He was taken fairly late I believe, he turned out to be a good back til he became injury prone.

:goodposting: Palmer, Leftwich, Rogers and AJ went around these 2, but in most drafts, they were top 5.Clinton Portis went after #5 in some drafts, probably a lot of them with Carr, Harrington, W Green, Duckett, Foster, Stallworth, Lelie, etc.

Ahman Green

Corey Dillon
