talk to me about the ARLO home security cameras. I'm digging the bundle with the Arlo camera and Echo Show bundle...1 camera and the show for $300 

But I don't know much about the Arlos, I know they are expensive. I'm gonna check the home security thread as well .

Arlos are one of the true wireless cameras.  Other wireless cameras work off wifi, but, still need a power cord.  Arlos run off batteries that will have to be maintained.  Normally not worth the price for me because I have power everywhere I needed.

I got a Dot for Christmas.  It sits on a shelf next to a bluetooth speaker, so there is really no need for the Echo.   Use it a few times a week.

The dot makes it a little bit harder for the government to listen to what you're saying in your house. It's much easier for them with the echo.

Echo speaker sounds fantastic. Dot speaker is fine for getting the weather, but for music etc you're gonna need to plug it into a real speaker.

All I've bought so far is a new printer. Was hoping for a great TV deal. Holding out for something to replace my Crock Pot. They've had a few Crock Pot deals but nothing blew me away.

I got a Harman Kardon Onyx mini for Xmas and love it. They're around  $100 normal price I think.
