Andre Hall - Selvin Young (1 Viewer)

Hope this isn't giving away too much subscriber info for ownership's likes but Andre Hall was rated above Selvin Young on the cheatsheet this week. I know Hall saw a fair amount of carries in Week 1 but has there been news that Hall has superceded young as the #1 threat in the Denver backfield?

Start any and all Denver RBs at your own risk, regardless of what any cheat sheet says, or what comes out of Mike Shanahan's mouth. This should be embedded into the mind of anyone who has been playing fantasy football for more than a year by now. :lmao: :)

Hall looked more explosive and powerful than Young on Monday.

Problem is Pittman is a serious factor with the goal line vulturing.

I guess one of these guys would be a good start as an RB3 or so depending on your scoring, but I wouldn't want to have to try and figure out who the productive guy is week to week.

Until somebody gets hurt or suspended I'd feel pretty uneasy about plugging one of these guys into my starting lineup.

I don't think anybody can guess how the triple threat is going to go week-to-week. But, if you watched the game it was pretty clear Selvin Young is only going to get his little subset of the carries and there is no real starter in Denver.

I drafted Hall as my RB5 so I'm not that worried about it. That late in the draft it's all about upside. He was pretty productive in Game 1, about as productive as a RB5 can be. Young did get more carries and I was wondering what the basis for ranking Hall above Young was at this point. I am well aware of the RB merry go round in Denver. I was just fishing for the FBG take since they ranked them a little illogically at this point. At least going by the number of carries each back had in Week 1.

Monday night's game turned into a controlled scrimmage for Denver. It gave Shanny a chance to use different RB's in certain situations. It appeared the consensus was that Hall would get the goal line carries but Pittman is a big back with power; could be that Shannahan wanted to see how strong his lean and leg drive are. I have a feeling that this RB situation will look a little different by mid season, and not just because Torrain will be back. If one of these backs gains his trust he will give them the ball. Then again, I could be full of doo doo.

Well, unless you've had an enema recently you probably are full of doo doo. Good thoughts though.

I dropped Young to pick up Patten after the news on Colston came out. I've got Peterson, CJ3 and Edge. I'm not dealing with this #### anymore. Did I mention I also have Scheffler? Man I love Shanny.
