Andre Johnson Value? (1 Viewer)

in a dynasty league, I'm moving him for Earnest Graham ( I have LJ down and out)

my other WR's are T.O. , Holmes, Mason, Rice..

S. Holmes is making it very easy to get rid of AJ..

Texans | Johnson will play after bye week

Megan Manfull, of the Houston Chronicle, reports Houston Texans WR Andre Johnson (knee) will be able to play Week 11. He should be able to start in the game.

Please tell me your kidding. In a redraft i could understand it a little, but in a dynasty you are nuts to give up AJ for Graham.

 With Owens and Mason, I'd be looking for a guy like AJ to step up in a couple of years. That injury, while annoying for this year, doesn't affect that fantasy team too much. Graham? He's not guaranteed most of the touches in week 11, much less next year.

It`s official :lmao:

Texans coach Gary Kubiak said that Andre Johnson (knee) "looked good" in practice Tuesday.

The team is clearly confident Johnson will be after the Week 10 bye. Kubiak also plans to use Andre' Davis as his third receiver with Johnson returning to the starting lineup. "I think it’s our job as coaches...to find ways to get him out there," Kubiak said of Davis. "I mean, he's making plays."

And this helps his value.......

Matt Schaub-QB- Texans Nov. 6 - 11:16 pm et

Matt Schaub (concussion) returned to Texans practice Tuesday.

"He looked good," coach Gary Kubiak said after the workout. "We’ll just continue to monitor him day-to-day in making sure he looks like the guy that was out there playing before he went a couple of weeks taking those shots. Today was a step in the right direction." Schaub is on track to start Week 11.

:goodposting:  Bout time, Andre. Everyone think it's "safe" to start him his 1st week back, or better to go w/ a less talented, but stable option?

I am sitting him in the deep keeper league I have him, but I have solid options (Evans, Fitz, Holt). That said, if it were a choice between AJ and like a Brandon Marshall type it is tough but I would take the chance with AJ.

I just traded Fargas to the Lamont owner for Andre Johnson. Hopefully AJ gets back in Week 11 and Houston gets back in the groove.

We'll see. Definitely going Housh. If Harrison is going by week 11 then I might sit AJ till he does something. Otherwise its AJ over Calvin Johnson. I hope he comes back and starts lighting it up right out of the gate.

30+ fantasy points in each of the two weeks he's played, they took precautions and brought him back slowly, Kevin Walter will draw some attention.....HE'S SAFE TO START WEEK 11 VS New Orleans!!!!!!!

unless he stubs his toe next week and it out for another 4-6 weeks
You everhurt the ligaments in YOUR knee , then try and play NFL style football ????? I did`nt think so.
He's been recovering since week 2, we're talking 9 weeks of recovery for a pro athlete, with top trainers and medical staff watching him and helping him heal correctly. I feel he'll be fine, good to go week 11. Start him with CONFIDENCE. (Shaub back too)
