He was well covered and Schaub was really short on his passes today. I started both today

Walter and Daniels got more looks today. Tried AJ deep a couple of times, obviously didn't work. I'd like to see him get the ball more as well as a Texans fan, but it's like anything else in this hobby--sometimes things just don't make any sense. Everybody not named Tom Brady has an off-week now and then. Andre will be fine...
I watched most of the game and he was just really well covered. Surprising since it was the Browns, but they just seemed to really game plan for Johnson. He didn't appear to be hurt or anything so that should make you feel a bit better from a fantasy point of view. He was just well covered.

Brandon McDonald had him covered for most of the game I believe. The rookie was in position all day and had a heck of a day.

That dude owned AJ all day long...
I was at the game today, and my brother had just picked up AJ, so we had our eye on him. We commented several times that Schaub wasn't even looking at him. One time, I saw him in the slot covered by Andra Davis and almost panicked - but he didn't even get a look... whew.
It looked like he wasn't a big part of the game plan to me. They did try to go to him long into the wind one time, but the wind knocked it down.

he was announced with the special teams unit at the start of the game.he was starting because of the injury to Wright
Wright should be injured more often. McDonald looked impressive out there.

McDonald covered Johnson like a king size blanket on a queen-size bed. Very, very impressive.

McDonald DID look good, but like someone above said, AJ wasn't a big part of the gameplan--it was like they settled for using him as a decoy instead of moving him around to try and exploit mismatches. Add to it that Schaub--who rarely looked his way--was a little off today and voila! AJ becomes a non-factor

The coverage was good but it was by no means perfect. Schaub lobbed up a few terrible passes, most of which were behind Johnson. Johnson would have had at least 1 huge gainer if Schaub could've made a decent throw.
