Texans WR Anthony Miller is inactive for Week 1 against Jacksonville.

Miller missed most of training camp with a dislocated shoulder, but this is a healthy scratch after he was removed from the injury report. The missed time in a new offense has Miller behind the rest of Houston's receivers. Danny Amendola, who signed with the Texans this week, is active. Also inactive for Houston are QB Deshaun Watson, TE Brevin Jordan, DB Lonnie Johnson, LB Kevin Pierre-Louis, DB Jimmy Moreland, RB Scottie Phillips, and DL Jon Greenard.

Texans WR Anthony Miller is inactive for Week 2 against the Browns.

Miller practiced without any injury designation for a second straight week, so this is a serious wake-up call. Danny Amendola is set to draw slot duties yet again for the Texans. If you've been holding on to Miller in a deeper league, this is probably a sign that you're going to want to cut bait until he shows up on game day. Also inactive for Houston are QB Deshaun Watson, TE Brevin Jordan, DB Jimmy Moreland, RB Scottie Phillips, DL Jonathan Greenard, and DL DeMarcus Walker.

Anthony Miller caught 4-of-6 targets for 20 yards and a touchdown in the Texans' Week 3 loss to the Panthers.

With Danny Amendola (hamstring) on the shelf, Miller finally made his Texans debut. He drew Houston's second most targets behind Brandin Cooks. Miller's score was a one-yarder where the Panthers let him get lost in the back of the end zone. Not a bad night, but there is zero reason to chase Miller's looks in this awful offense, even in deep PPR leagues.

Texans released WR Anthony Miller.

The Texans traded a fifth round pick from Miller and a seventh round pick this summer, taking a low risk flier on the the 2018 second round pick. Miller's Texans career lasted just two games, finishing with a line of 5-for-23 yards and TD on 11 targets. Miller's career outlook looks bleak, but he'll likely land with another team at some point this season.

Jaguars signed WR Anthony Miller. 

After being released by Houston last week, Miller will start on Jacksonville's practice squad and would probably be on the game day roster in a week or two. The Jaguars are scrambling at receiver after losing DJ Chark (ankle) for the year. At this rate, Miller will be playing ahead of Laviska Shenault, who the coaching staff refuses to use.

Steelers signed WR Anthony Miller to the practice squad.

Initially expected to sign with Jacksonville's practice squad, Pittsburgh reportedly offered Miller a spot on their active roster and swayed his decision. Although the former Texans wideout will start the week on a practice squad, he's expected to join the Steelers' 53-man roster in place of JuJu Smith-Schuster in the coming days. Miller most recently garnered a 20% target share in both games played for Houston before being released.
