I played a fair amount back in high school and college and it looks like I will be playing again on a regular basis. My racquet is nearly 20 years old, so I'm looking to get a new one and hoping to keep it under $50. Any suggestions?
I play about 5-10 times a month when time allows so not an expert or anything. $50 bucks may be a little low for a decent racquet but you should be able to find something for that price. May want to spend a touch more if you are going to play a bit. Like everything you get what you pay for and $50 is pretty much bottom price.
Honestly I'd go to the biggest sporting good chain store and just see which one you like then look online for one with the biggest sale price. They are always marking those down. Got my most recent racquet for about 40% off.
Higher end names I see people who play a lot using are E Force and Ekelton. Wilson and Head also have good racquets.
