Any real value from a WR Michael (1 Viewer)

Maybe it the black uniforms, or maybe it the fact that niether play for a consitant QB. But do either one of these guys have an value moving forward? Is it them or is it their teams?

1. Will Chris Sims pull it together after the mess last weekend.

a. I don't really think so. This was one of the guys last year that people got a little excited about, and to me he didnt seem that great. But I don't think B. Burger is much to talk about either, but then he went an won the SB, so what do I know.

2. Will Vick play as a QB this year.

a. I think we all know that Vick will never be your best passing QB, but this year it seems to me that he has a few targets this year with Jenkins, Lelie & Crumpler. So maybe Vick will toss the ball a little more?

I know on paper, that Clayton is the better WR, but can he put up numbers with a shotty QB and a tough schedule? And maybe Jenkins is just a 1 week flash in the pan, and then will get cold until you microwave him later.

Jenkins looked good in preseason and had a decent first week. Vick seems to trust him at the moment, and Jenkins is delivering. I know Atlanta is normally a wasteland for WRs, but if Jenkins keeps the #1 job he could have a decent year.

Michael Clayton is going to bounce back somewhat from last season's disaster, but he won't put up his rookie year numbers. I like Clayton a lot in dynasty leagues, in redraft he could be hit or miss, though he will have some nice games IMO.

:goodposting: And now Jenkins has Lelie to keep the safties honest w/ his league leading YPC.I've got Mi Clayton too, and I'm even more concerned about Simms (+ the whole TB offense in general) Nice talent, but :X qb play. Maybe Simms pulls it together, but I'm not counting on it. I'm sure the TB front office is feeling a little :bag: for cutting the ties w/ Griese now.

I just picked up Jenkins in a 12 team league, standard scoring.

I thought it was a steal.

M. Clayton was a 14 round pick in my draft.

In most preseaon ranking Clayton was higher.

So Clayton's stock is higher but Jenkins scored week 1 so I would say there about even....

I think Jenkins will have a better year b/c Vick will be a better QB this year....

I never liked Simms....he likes to throw to Galloway b/c he can make plays....Clayton can't and is more of a possesion guy.....

Time will tell but I would say Jenkins fantasy value will rise this year and Clayton will don't get enough chances to live up to his hype.....
