I haven't done one this offseason, but I am in a couple leagues like that.
The biggest difference from other leagues is that depth is way more important. RB30/WR50 types are actually worth owning, and it's worth trying to fill the bottom half of your roster mostly with guys like that rather than high-upside prospects. Rd3+ type rookies are maybe not even worth rostering, unless you have a taxi squad or huge rosters (30+ players).
Studs are still worth a ton, and high-end prospects are still valuable.
With superflex, every starting QB is valuable and it's worth trying to roster 3-4 of them.
Roster balance looks different than in ordinary leagues, since it's fine to have more high-end players at a position than you have starter slots and depth can substitute for high-end players. You can even get by without any starter-caliber players. If your RB corps is Tarik Cohen, Duke Johnson, Nyheim Hines, Jordan Howard, Jamaal Williams, Boston Scott, and Adrian Peterson then RB is a weakness, but it's not as disastrous as it looks.
