Curious your strategy for this year. Spend up on one of the top qb’s? Draft Chase, Bijan or Saquon and a lesser qb?

I’m planning on targeting one of the top qb’s, probably Hurts because he’ll most likely be the cheapest.

Also curious if anyone had their draft yet and what the qb’s went for.

I did an auction a few days ago in a superflex money league. 12 team 1pt ppr 4pt passing... I've done a few of these now and I really like to get that 3rd starting QB if possible. During the season the trade value for a staring QB is unreal in superflex. Do not screw up the QB position. $200 bankroll.

if big names like chase and bijan get nominated off the pop they can and do go under market as people are hesistant at first to save money for qbs. seen chase and bijan go for like 40-42 (200 budget). later on other rbs and wrs will go for a similar price as people make to to get a higher tier one. so for your question you can do a mix of both. don't be afraid to bid on early noms going cheaper than they should. chase and bijan score as much as a qb anyway. bijan or chase and goff is better than daniels and aaron jones at similar cost

I am in one, but it's a keep-4 league (to keep someone, you have to give them a raise of $5 or 25%, whichever is greater), so most of the best QBs are retained and however things play out in this league isn't going to be very applicable to redraft. I expect the following QBs to be kept by other teams: Allen, Burrow, Daniels, Hurts, Jackson, Maye, Mayfield, McCarthy, Nix and Penix. I may keep one or both of Young $8 and Purdy $16 ($250 cap).

I just did a PPR SF auction draft on RTS last night, my 2nd in a few weekends.

Not sure if this applies to other sites, but players mostly will not go over the ADP/auction value available on this website. It’s been a really tight bunch to be honest, nothing outrages with bids as I’ve seen in the past. I also find that players seem to sit on their wallets a bit more than usual. That used to be my favourite strategy, but I have shifted a bit in the past few years. I used to get very few 1$ or 2$ players. Which made for a fairly nice roster, but it made it extremely difficult to churn a roster spot or 2 as I didn’t a few of those “cheaper” players. I now will get 3-5 of those and try to nab a few top guys. Last night I got Lamb and Bijon for 84$ combined. It’s a nice way to start a team!

Bumping for latest superflex auction values. Anyone draft and have results to share?

I will say values for QBs in a superflex auction will be much higher in a 12 team league vs 10 team league.

I would let others bid insane prices for Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson. I would target 2 QBs in the second tier. So I would avoid Allen, Jackson, Daniels, Hurts and Burrow. Now QBs in the second tier will not be cheap but you look at IronRiver's values from his draft, you could get 2QBs like Prescott and Murray combined for the same price or cheaper than the top 5 QBs. You can be competitive with Prescott and Murray at QB and use your cash to develop an advantage at RB and WR.

Just had my 0.5ppr 12 team superflex redraft auction draft this weekend. We have pretty deep starting lineups- qb-wr-wr-wr/te-te-flex (rb/wr)- superflex (qb/wr/rb/te)-k-def
$200 budget
Highest player was chase that went for $55, Bijan $54, Barkley $51, josh Allen $49, Lamar $49. Lamb $48, Gibbs $46.

Lots of the really top tier players went for really big money. There were maybe 2-3 owners that did little at the start of the auction, but got great deals at the end. However, they ended up with teams that were filled with middle tier values. One of the dudes ended up with 5 qb’s as when he realized he waited too long, he figured his best move was to corner the qb market (for potential trade value) as most teams only ended up with 2. Keep in mind, our auction has rules that might not be available to most. Our auction is set up where the owner that wins a player—gets to nominate the next player. Also, our auction is set up where you can win with a $0 bid. If an owner completes his roster—the control of the nomination goes to the owner located to the right of him on the draft board (positions are determined randomly by a drawing before the auction starts).

Bumping for additional advice or results ... I thought that by now I'd played just about every variety of FF that exists, but this weekend will mark my first-ever 12-team SF auction.

I'm already behind the 8-ball as ten of the other owners have 10+ years together - so the more data I can get my hands on, the better.

Drafted a 10-team superflex live draft on Sunday. 18-man rosters + 2IR. QB, 1SF, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2 R/W/T-FLEX, K, DST $200 budgets w/ $0 mins. I'm only going to post some notable prices from the 1st half nominations. Everything after about the 40% mark was getting greatly discounted due to high bidding. Any of these that seem too good to be true were probably getting closer to the mid-way mark
