i see more of the same this week b/c i dont think they need him to beat Carolina and they will need him against NE. 4 for 40 if he plays, rest in the 2nd half.
unfortunately i have to trot him out there anyways..
What a slug this guy is turning into. By the time his knee injury heals the Colts will have the division wrapped up and he'll be used like he was in the Jacksonville game. I understand they'll be battling the Pats for homefield but they have so many options I can see Dungy resting Harrison.
I traded Colston & Santonio Holmes for Harrison and a DB a couple of weeks ago in my dynasty league....
I don't need him right now as my team is pretty solid at RB/WR, but it would be nice for him to eventually get back to being a stud so I could justify my trade.
This nagging injury thing has me a little worried as this is the NFL and Indy is NOT taking ANYONE lightly. If he's not going its because he's hurt, not because they think they have an easy game.
The fact that he has run out there already gives me a little hope, but Marvin is also a notorious play-thru-pain type of guy, so he must be really hurting to actually sit out the 2nd half last week and not be practicing this week.
So it looks like Harrison didnt practice at all this week. Do you feel comfortable starting him this week.
From Rotoworld.
Marvin Harrison (knee) is listed as questionable. He did not practice Friday after missing both Wednesday and Thursday's workouts.
There has been light speculation in the media that Harrison had his knee scoped during the Colts' Week 6 bye, although that was never confirmed. But the fact that he cannot practice is terrible sign for his chances to face Carolina on Sunday. Rookie Anthony Gonzalez and Dallas Clark will play expanded roles if Marvin is out, a scenario that appears likely at this point.
