In my 2nd year dynasty league, this trade just went down and I think it's total collusion.

Team A trade rookie pick #8 and #20th overall

for

Derrick Johnson and Tommie Harris

WTF, he basically gave up Patrick Willis for Derrick Johnson and a good rookie for a crappy DT

A terrible/horrible trade does not = collusion. Your issue is the crappy owner, not the trade.

Your issue is you want to manage other peoples teams and decide what is good for them and what is not.
