Anyone else hate closers (1 Viewer)

So I play in a H2H points league. I always wait for the last round to draft a closer and I got tired of playing the shuffle so I decided to draft one higher in the draft. I wanted Nathan in the 10th but he got taken 2 picks before me. So I wait til round 12 and take BJ Ryan who was a stud last season. I figured he didnt pitch in Spring training so he should be fresh. We know how that turned out. So I drop him and pick up T Jones who had not given up a run. He blows a save for me last week and now blows another one and gets the loss.

To make it worse, I had Escobar pitching against Bonderman. The guy Im playing also has K Rod. Escobar doesnt get the win, Bonderman doesnt get the loss, K Rod gets a Blown Save but not the loss. Im left

I love closers. I somehow have the golden touch drafting closers late. I seem to get lucky every year. This year I have Jenks, Reyes and Valverde. In my league they're ranked 5, 6 and 11 for RPs.
