If it comes down to picking between two players who I have rated fairly equally, but I like one guy more than the other (for whatever reasons), I'll always take the guy that I like the best.However, I would never not draft a player unless I thought their attitude or actions off the field would have an impact on their on-field performance. He was good in 05, ran for 11 TDs passed for 1 just over 1,700 all purpose yds. Last year he had two flukey injuries, plus this year he will be playing with a chip on his shoulder. I dont look to RB's from the U to comment on current events and criminal matters. What do I care what he says? Just like I don't look to my local officials for his comment on the merits of the prevent defense. I think Portis likes to put on a show for the camera and he made a stupid comment.I guess I don't get the shock and awe.
