Anyone holding on to Britt? (1 Viewer)

Fishers comments about being out an extended amount of time worry anyone?

I also saw that Britt is not listed on the week 8 injury report, but not sure this means much.

Any thoughts on cutting bait or holding on to him?

I know that he's out "indefinitely" according to the team, but really, how much can be known until he gets his MRI results back? If he's out four to six weeks, then you drop him if you need the roster spot. If he's out longer, you drop him no matter what. What if it comes out better than expected, though? The bye is next week, and perhaps he only missed one game? If that's the case, I'm keeping him rostered for certain. In leagues of at least moderate depth, there's likely not anything better on the wire.

Or you trade for him in dynasty while his value is down. The way he was coming on, I don't think you'll get another chance to get him cheap.

Well I guess the Moss signing means Britt is out way longer. Was hoping Britt might be back for the FF playoffs.

For me Britt is now headed to the WW. Thanks for the run Kenny.

no doubt....i received a titans' twitter today stating fisher had already ruled him out for week 10....from what i understand his hamstring injury is pretty significant and i think that played a big role in the titans grabbing moss off waivers

Now I'm seeing this on Rotoworld. Britt a hold now?

Kenny Britt: There is no timetable for Britt’s return, but he’s expected back sometime within the next few weeks. Opposite Moss, Britt stands to gain a ton of one-on-one coverage. His pre-injury performance indicates he’s more than ready to make the most of his targets, a number that will likely increase with Moss in the fold. The Titans figure to be in the midst of a playoff race during the latter part of the season, making Britt an asset come fantasy playoff time.

I just dropped him for Vincent Jackson. I figure at best Britt will not be back until VJax starts playing and Vincent Jackson should be great for the fantasy playoffs.
