Anyone know what time the Texans/#1pick go on the clock?

Technically, no. There is no clock right now. If the Texans said "We officially pick Reggie Bush," it not like the Saints would have 15 minutes to make their next pick.

The draft starts at Noon and Texans will be on the clock beginning at the same time. They will spend all of their 15 minutes waiting for Mike Ditka to become the GM of some team and offer them 18 draft picks.
