Songs to be played in the order above, but the wild cards can be inserted anywhere in the menu.

Every entrant selects one song today.

For the next week, pick two songs a day. One when its light outside, one when its dark, Catch up as you can if you miss a pick, but try to spread them out an hour apart to allow reaction and degradation about your pick.

It’s old school French, not something you order but something the chef would send out to everyone at the start of their dining experience. Fanciful? Sure. Though I’m not going to argue sitting down and someone bringing me a bite of food right away.
