Anyone watch the Good Wife on CBS? (1 Viewer)

I have been searching around for a series to start catching up with from scratch since I have pretty much gone through every good show from the last 10 years.

Never watch any of these CBS procedural shows, is the Good Wife an ongoing storyline like the cable shows?

Would like to hear some reviews from you guys before I invest my time into this series.

All network dramas suck, but...

I've heard enough raves about this, that if I was ever going to waste time on another one, I'd probably give this a shot.

I know that probably doesn't help you much.

Glad to hear that. Is the story on this show continuous thought, or can you pop in one week and understand everything?

Here's the thread on it. It is actually in a "Chapter 2" now. First was the story of recovery from her husband cheating. losing his job/going to jail, sending her back to work.

Now, he is Governor and she left her old firm to start her own and the focus is largely on the fallout from that.

It is a continuous show so you really need to watch from the start
