Anyone with severe dry eye try any of these treatments? (1 Viewer)

Just went thru a series of IPL treatments to revive my atrophying meibomian glands with no success. Now on the table are these three options:
1) sclera lenses
2) hydroxychloroquine
3) autologous blood serum drops

Anybody try any of these treatments? Any stories or successes with any of them?
