I would expect a little more from Jacoby Jones as he had the bye to get fully healthy. I wouldn't be surprised to see him fully take over the kick return duties as well.

I like Jacoby as much as the next guy, but what's wrong with Kevin Walter? Unless he's got an injury I'm not aware of, he's still holding onto the WR2 job in HOU.Jones is great in the return game, but I don't see why the Texans would phase Slaton out, especially since his role in the running attack has been reduced.

Nothing is wrong with Walter, he has great hands and is an excellent blocker. Jacoby has more raw ability to stretch the field and make plays. With Daniels healing up and becoming more of a factor again, I think that cuts into Walter. I could see Slaton getting removed from kickoffs because he has been doing a crappy job. Houston ranks 30th in kick returns.

I hope the Slaton experiment with kick offs is over, he simply is not a return man. Jacoby brings the element that there is a possibility he could break one, with Slaton he catches the ball and runs into the pile.
