Fields- really hoping the passing is better than the chatter we have been hearing from camp
Deebo- with Terry getting up to speed, looking forward to see how Deebo looks
KW3- does he get the majority of RB touches and take off in the Kubiak system
Miller- does he look good and carve out a role splitting the rushing load with Kamara
Waddle- does his time spent with Tua while Hill has been out increase his target share

All of the storylines this offseason that affected my draft, some of these are repeats from above:

Ben Johnson effect - Does Chicago passing game show any spark and does Detroit offense slow down? Caleb, DJ Moore, Odunze, Swift, Gibbs, Montgomery, ARSB, Goff

Liam Coen effect - Same for Tampa Bay and Jacksonville. For Tampa Bay, how about not having Godwin to start the season? Egbuka, Baker, Evans, Lawrence, Thomas, Hunter

Young Receivers: 2024 class of Nabers, Thomas and McConkey stepped up. The next tier of Worthy, Harrison, Odunze, Pearsall, Coleman could be stepping up. At least two of the 2025 class poised for big things right off the bat and will be given the opportunity to do so in Tet, Hunter, Golden and Egbuka.

Kyler Murray's final year as a perceived potentially great QB? Or as mediocre as he has been in NFL good, not fantasy good.

Rooting for Justin Fields to have a decent season for no other reason than I enjoy watching him play even if he is not very good for actually winning NFL games.

This is good - I'm with you on both ends of the barbell too. I'm hoping Darnold is for real because I've made some key investments in JSN and would love to see him surpass 100 receptions. That's a guy along with Darnold that I'm excited to watch this year.

Russell Wilson is like the song "Blinded by the Light". It's fine. But I never need to hear it ever again for the rest of my life.

Jordan Love - Was he hurt more than we knew last year? He didn't dazzle me the way he did in parts of 2023. What even is he? I'd love to see improvement here and see if the ceiling is higher for him than currently think (group think).
Travis Hunter in IDP Leagues - In one of the IDP leagues I run, Hunter is listed as a WR only, so the owner will have to use him there. However, offensive skill players CAN earn IDP points and things like INTs or defensive TDs scored are massive points. Are we looking at the next great fantasy unicorn? Curious how other IDP leagues are treating this.
Abdul Carter - If the hype is anything close to what we're about to witness, this guy could be the most exciting rookie pass rusher to come on the scene since Javon Kearse, who had 14.5 sacks his rookie year. And Carter gets to play with Brian Burns, Dexter Lawrence and Kayvon Thibodaux, so Carter could be an absolute wrecking ball.
Keon Coleman - I was able to get this guy super late in most of my drafts. Why? He *SHOULD* be the WR1 in Buffalo. He has the size for sure. Speed isn't terrific and I don't think he's a true deep threat, but Michael Irvin was the fastest WR and he sure caught a lot of deep balls. This guy is my breakout candidate of the year.

Not likely. Not even sure he’ll out snap Kalif Raymond before the bye. He’s been sprinkled in with 1s but most of his best practice days & the preseason games came against future gym teachers of America.

The new OC wants 3 things to change In the offense:

• more vertical shots, Jamo is poised for a big jump
• more Pony formation - Jah & Monty both in the huddle, though not necessarily in the backfield together
• Gibbs running routes off motion, from the slot and split wide

New terminology and playbook but he was around for the install back in 2022. They won’t go away from who they are: the line play dictates your success. When you control the line of scrimmage, the run game compliments and expands what you can do with the passing attack.

TeSlaa is intriguing as a red zone threat. He has a much better release than I anticipated, but he isn’t super crisp getting in and out of breaks. Slows down with small wasted steps, telegraphing he running an in breaker or out route. But the physical traits are off the charts. Sure handed, never lets the ball get into his body, tremendous at high pointing the ball, strong enough to snatch the ball in contested catches.

Importantly, loves to block & he is effective doing it. That will get him on the field. Jared has spent a lot of time with him doing after practice sessions. Kid has all the tools and characteristics you want.

But this is Amon-Ra’s offense, he is the straw that stirs the drink, and the Lions are spoiled for choice when they get inside the 20 (presuming they haven’t already cooked your D with an explosive.) Isaac will have his moments, he will contribute, but absolutely not a focal point in 2025.
