Who are you most looking forward to see how they do week 1? (1 Viewer)

I think the bigger challenge for me (and maybe some) will be to not extrapolate too much out of week 1. I think I can maybe benefit more from the guaranteed overreactions than I can using week 1 to base any sort of hypothesis from.

My Lions, of course. But im also super interested in the Bears potential. Seahawks and Raiders are very interesting. Also got my eye on how the Colts offense is going to look.

The easy answer to this of course is, im so excited for ALL OF IT. Ready to be done with drafting and the unknowns, I'm also ready to be fantasy underwhelmed in week 1 - because thats usually what happens as the offenses are so out of sync.

CMC - is he back?
Jameson Williams - breakout?
The Bears - No idea what to expect, I'm just so curious.
BTJ & Ladd - year two progression/regression?
Worthy - can he be a #1 WR or is he a gadget guy?

You forgot Evan Engram. Dudes about to have his best season and get 150 targets. Locked in top 5 tight end. League winner.

I know. I got him at 15.02 in my home league yesterday. WR & TE are a combined position in that one, but my league mates still fell asleep at the switch on that one.

150 targets? i'll take the under
Would never admit my comment might be connected to the fact that I have a current trade offer in the posters inbox. That would be reckless. Also, after further research of home and away splits it appears 160 targets are incoming.

It's a reasonable offer and I am considering it. Just not sure how much of my roster I want to turn my roster over before the season even starts.

I haven't rejected the possibility.

I assumed that was the case. I have a psychological profile on all owners in this league. Your following the informational script on what I have written down.

Back to thread.

Treveyon Henderson is the guy I'm really looking forward to watching. His usage is gonna be very interesting. Will he be the 5 carry 5 reception guy or will he be the 15 carry 5 reception guy. I think we are gonna know on that first series of the season.

Also getting back to the thread: I am suddenly even more curious to see:

Can Kyle Pitts take a step up in year five with a new QB?

Can Chris Olave 1) stay healthy & 2) become a true WR1 in, what appears to be a dumpster fire QB situation?

I also want to see:

Will Austin Akeler's role change with Bill?

Does Evan Engram have Jimmy Graham upside in Payton's system?

Does Amari Cooper have any flex upside, in Chip Kelly's system? Particularly, as it seems Jakobi isn't going anywhere.

I want to see who stands up to be RB1 in Dallas.
Not sure any are that good, but I was pleasantly surprised last year at the production of Rico Dowdle .

I am waiting for the overreaction on the WW to unexpected individual results that happens every year with one week wonders.

Caleb Williams. I'm on record saying last year is gonna be a great QB draft class. But if Caleb doesn't get better, that prediction is done no matter how good Daniels, Nix, Penix and Maye end up. If he can't thrive with Dan Campbell, he's gonna be on the bench by year end.

Obviously a typo. I agree, the Bears off nse, IMO is maybe the most interesting story to watch of the past few years.

Breece Hall. I mean, he looked really good after his injury. And he didn't have a bad year last season (1,359 yards, 8 TDs with 57 receptions). And those were on terrible teams.

I mean, on the same team last year Breece averaged 4.2 per carry and 8.5 per reception, while Braelon was t 3.6 and 7.8.

I think the talk about time share feels misguided and may be wish casting.

Don't have either guy on my team but, super interested to see it play out. I think people landing Breece late as he is going are getting a potential league winner.

CMC, Caleb Williams, Bo Nix among others.

But very interested to see the LV Raiders as a whole. Think Jeanty opens up a world of opportunities for Gino, Bowers, and the gang.

Looking forward to seeing how many targets Warren will get from the jump. In his limited preseason playing time, he seemed to get quite a lot relative to playing time.

If he gets Bowers numbers, well then Brock slides into a flex spot for me and Warren gets the TE slot.

Also curious to see if Worthy can evolve in a bonafide WR instead of a guy seems to have special plays called just for him to get touches.
