Arian Foster Hamstring Injury (1 Viewer)

Emmitt Smith has reached out to Arian Foster in regards to his hamstring, over twitter.I would LOVE to know what's being said, but it's all going on in a private convo. It's the small things such as this, that reassure me of the elite talent possessed by this cat. Emmitt Smith, is Emmitt Smith. He must feel passionately about Arian to reach out in this manner.Hope arian takes whatever is said with great importance.
He probably said. Don't touch the field unless: a) you are 100%, or b) they pony up on that contract extension. Remember Emmitt's hold-out lasted into the season...

With a healthy Tate filling in, I don't think holding out would be in Foster's best interest. But I agree on the 100% part.

Jesus Christ this is confusing

Foster tweets picture of hamstring injury

"Dr" Clayton tweets that it looks like he has a tear

Actual ESPN Dr says Foster will be out at least a few weeks

Foster tweets that his injury isnt serious. He was making fun of the situation. And hes fine

 Double U Tee Eff

Arian may have a different definition of significant than FF players.

I have more faith in Foster than any individual employed by ESPN.

Does anybody NOT believe an ESPN "Doctor" would err on the side of breaking a story that otherwise wouldn't exist?

All I know is, if you have Foster, you better damn well have gotten Tate AND Ward. Even if the thing is a fake, hamstring injuries do linger

Posting it was a dumb idea, yes.

Dr Kaplan though, is a moron, and is nowhere near being able to judge the severity because he is not Arian's doctor. Nor does he have the other images that show the other angles.

Foster, as dumb as this idea was, was most likely attempting to show how un-severe the issue was, and instead the world has jumped on how he is going to be out until 2016.

Arian Foster tweeted an MRI of his hamstring injury Wednesday, and assures that he'll be "fine."

ESPN's John Clayton quickly jumped to the conclusion that Foster wouldn't be ready for Week 1 after viewing the MRI, but we didn't know Clayton has a medical background. "If I had a 'significant injury' why post it?" Foster then tweeted. "I'll be fine, it was just meant to make fun of the whole situation. Humor is lost nowadays." There have been rumors that Foster has a torn hamstring, but nothing to confirm them. Foster doesn't seem worried, and the Texans wouldn't be letting him run on the side of practice with a muscle tear.

Read the LAST SENTENCE, and then stop complaining.

The Colts-Texans matchup loses alot of its luster if both Manning and Foster sit out. It also opens the door for Tate or Ward against a traditionally very bad run defense.

There are different grades of hamstring tears. He has done light jogging on the sideline.

Grade 2 or 3 you're barely doing any walking, let alone jogging.Spoken from personal experience.

Has anyone considered it may have been his leg, but he showed the original hamstring injury instead of the re-injury just to f_ with fantasy people. One day after calling fantasy players sick he tweets a photo. But is it his leg and when was the scan taken?

I'll wait for moderated to weigh in.

Does anyone here think the recent news on Peyton Manning will make the Texans decision to start/sit Foster a little easier?
